Plastic Primer

Plastic primer is a one-component primer for plastic parts. Used in car refinish as a primary layer, which provides an appropriate micro-layer and improves the adhesion to the plastic top layer.

Substrate:PP plastic surface

Surface Cleaning: Abrade with P400-P600 grit paper. Remove wax , silicon and other foreign matters with deoiling detergent.

Paint Spraying Caliber: Gravity Type(Upper kettle): 1.2-1.4mm

Siphon Type(lower kettle): 1.3-1.5mm

Paint Spraying Pressure(Mpa): 2.0-4.0

Spray Layers: 2-3 layers, 1-2um total thickness

Spray Interval: 5-10mins, 25°C

Last Interval: 10-15mins, 25°C 

Epoxy Primer

Excellent adhesion, it can provide excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance for bare metal, light metal and fiberglass.

Substrate: Has hardened, grinding of the old paint, steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet,

         polyester board and glass fiber reinforced plastic

Surface Cleaning: Remove wax, oil and other impurities with deoiling detergent.

Mixing ratio:

Usable Time: 25°C Epoxy Hardener: 4-6hrs

Paint Spraying Caliber: Gravity Type(Upper kettle): 1.4-1.8mm

Siphon Type(lower kettle): 1.7-2.0mm

Paint Spraying Pressure(Mpa): 2.0-4.0

Spray Layers: 2-3 layers, 40-60um total thickness

Flash Time: 5-10mins, 25°C (It needs stand after spraying.)

Standing Time: Heating and baking after 15-20 minutes

Drying Time:  25°C  18-26hrs

60°C  60-80mins

Grinding Process: dry grinding (mechanical) P240-P400.

wet grinding P600-P800

Two-component primer

It is a quick dry two-component medium paint.

Excellent adhesion and flexibility, strong filling property, good impact resistance。

It is recommended to work at temperatures below 25 °C.

Substrate: Has hardened, grinding of the old paint, all kinds of primer and putty

Surface Cleaning: Remove wax, oil and other impurities with deoiling detergent.

Mixing ratio:

Usable Time: 25°C Quick Drying Primer Surface: 30mins

Paint Spraying Caliber: Gravity Type(Upper kettle): 1.4-1.8mm

Siphon Type(lower kettle): 1.7-2.0mm

Paint Spraying Pressure(Mpa): 2.0-4.0

Spray Layers: 2-3 layers, 50-80um total thickness

Flash Time: 3-5mins, 25°C (It needs stand after spraying.)

Standing Time: Heating and baking after 15-20 minutes

Drying Time:  25°C  2-3hrs

Grinding Process: Dry grinding (mechanical) P400-P600.

Wet grinding P800-P1000

Re-operation: After curing and grinding, it can be sprayed with various finishes.

Gray primer

Fast drying and easy to grind one-component paint, quick and convenient construction.

Good performance of sanding and filling.

Provides excellent isolation,can be used for close defective surfaces.

Can be used for filling the trail or slight dent left by the sanding of sandpaper.

Substrate: Has hardened, grinding of the old paint and putty.
